The Managed Wise solution does not differentiate if the user is local to your network or if the user is working remotely. Notebooks are monitored in either situation using the same best practices that we employ with our Desktop Monitoring. If a problem does arise, the user can request that we attempt to resolve the issue remotely, where as they just approve our remote access to the notebook.
