Managed Wise features built-in remote control. At the approval of the user, an Intelinet Systems Engineer can remote into the PC and attempt to resolve any issues from their own work area. This method of service is billed in blocks of 15 minutes and saves you money over the traditional site visit.
All work done by the engineer is automatically audited and reported both from the perspective of control as well as reporting to end-customers on work done.
