It is a simple and flexible approach to obtaining professional computer services, no matter what the need.
When you purchase a minimum of 40 hours you instantly become a premium support customer. Our premium support service provides a solutions for small to medium size business in need of experienced, highly skilled computer engineers.
Here's how it works. You purchase a preset block of hours according to the schedules found below. Once your payment is received, all services provided are deducted from your hours. Usage activity is reported to you on a monthly basis and we alert you before your block time runs out. There is no minimum usage per month to use and the hours are available to you at anytime for a 12 month period.
